Our process is simple:
• Call us to inspect your home’s foundation, with no obligation to you!
• Sometimes our inspection finds that your home already meets the FHA requirements, or only needs a few minor improvements to meet the standards. We will tell you if it does or does not.
• Once you start the process with the bank, they will send an inspector to verify if your home meets FHA standards or not.
• If it is determined that our services are required, we will get the necessary data and provide you with an estimate.
• Estimates are provided either Immediately, or within 48 hrs.
• The majority of our estimates run between: $1,995 to $2,900.
• After the estimate is signed, we order the engineering plans and materials for your home.
• The engineering and
compliance letter will come to our office, in PDF form, via email. We
then forward the information to the bank and attorneys so their paperwork
can proceed.
• At that point, we will schedule to install the system either prior to closing, or with the 203K rehab program; complete the work after closing.
It’s that simple!
Throughout this process we will talk with your lender to ensure we are on schedule, meeting their requirements, and have everything in order to make sure you don’t miss that closing!
The normal timeframe in which
the entire process is completed is 7 to 10 days.
Under extraordinary circumstances: Accounts with
tight deadlines have had a 3 day turn around. That’s 3 days from initial
contact and estimate, to the delivery and installation of the
engineering.
